Three stand-up comediennes try to pull off the biggest Stand-up show of their lives - in their living room. Frustrated by open mics, and misogynist bookers, the girls hire a filmmaker to document the comedy special they're creating to kick start their careers. What they don't realize is how difficult it is to produce a comedy show with no money, no connections, questionable talent, and no Headliner.
